Conflict Resolution

Conflicts are part of life—but without the right tools, they can damage relationships and self-worth. Youth Intervention Program equips students with practical strategies to handle disagreements in a peaceful way. Many of our participants have experienced conflict at home, school, or peer groups without knowing how to respond. Through real-life scenarios, role-playing, and reflection, we help youth shift from reaction to resolution. These skills not only reduce tension but also build confidence and maturity.
