At Youth Intervention Program, we believe growth happens in stages. Our tiered phase model—Red, White, and Green—guides youth through a structured journey of personal development, academic growth, and leadership training. Each phase builds on the last, helping students gain confidence, resilience, and life skills that prepare them to thrive in school, at home, and in the community.
Red Phase: Building Foundations
In this first phase, students develop the core skills they need to succeed. This phase lays the groundwork for future success by helping students grow their confidence, strengthen healthy habits, and build essential life skills.
Focus areas include:
- Academics & study habits
- Time management
- Leadership basics & teamwork
- Physical fitness & personal development
White Phase: Skill & Goal Development
As students progress, they enter the White Phase to deepen their growth. This phase is designed to empower youth to set meaningful goals, explore interests, and prepare for real-world opportunities through a well-rounded curriculum.
Focus areas include:
- Goal setting & decision-making
- Trade skills & career exploration
- Health, wellness, and fitness
- Academic achievement & life skills
